Supporting our kids with essential oils

Our children are under so much stress and pressure these days.  School, social media, everyday pressures are making a huge impact on our childrens wellbeing.  They are dealing with situations and emotions that no child should have to be dealing with.  Add to that the stress of being in school and then home schooling due to current circumstances.   The stress and anxiety us parents are obviously feeling about what is going on in the world, our children are picking up on and most are not able to assimilate this information and feelings  and are therefore feeling overwhelmed.  So we invite you to bring your child along to this workshop so they can learn and become empowered in the process of how to support themselves when they have these big emotions. We will be teaching some simple coping stratagies and  will go through which oils support them best emotionally and physically and each child will make their very own customised roller bottle blend to take home and start using to support their specific needs. Exact address will be advertised one week prior to the event and everyone on the guest list will be informed via messenger too. Your ticket includes entry for your child/children.
