About the Event
Come along to our circle and learn how to clear you space, relax, reconnect to your higher self and meet like minded women. All in a safe space created for you. We will learn the importance of switching off in order to re-connect. I will guide you through a meditation which changes each month depending on the universal energies. Followed by some beautiful Crystal bowl healing and Ceremonial Cacao and raw treats.
What to bring: pillow, yoga mat, throw rug.
Please were comfortable clothing.
