About the Event
Monthly meditations are a great way to stay in check with yourself. Join us as I take you through a unique guided meditation that I personally create for you. Each month is different and each month will be reflective of what is going on around us energetically. We will share Ceremonial Cacao and gratitude afterwards. Group is limited to 8-10 people. Bookings are essential. Please bring your mat, pillow and blanket and a bottle of water, and a journal if you like. Address will be sent to you 2 days before the event.
