About the Event
Are you aware of how you speak to yourself? Do you just give yourself a once over in the mirrror as you run out the door. Do you say things to yourself that you wouldn't say to your small child? Do you call yourself 'dumb' or 'stupid' when you do something that doesnt work out for you?
Join us for a fun (ok, you may get slightly uncomfortable) afternoon and learn the basics of Mirror Work. Learn why we have these thoughts and where they come from, learn to pivot them and start creating love for yourself.
