About the Event
The retreat is gentle and we work with a lot of the Feminine energies and practices.
Some of the activities we do are, Guided meditation, sound healing, exploring how to support our emotions and hormones with essential oils, Cacao circle, rituals to incorporate into daily life to connect us to nature, self-care routines, we work on limiting beliefs and learn how to let go of the one holding us back in life, EFT, Reiki share and so much more.
We have our live in Vegan chef who provides us with six meals a day (no one is deprived of food on my retreats) 3 mains and 3 snacks. All food is plant based, GF, soy free and processed sugar free and all food intolerances and allergies are catered for.
We have two incredible ladies who provide healing massages, Kahuna and intuitive massage ( these are an addition cost of $110…
